SkitLite Makes Adjustments
It has been a difficult transitional period recently for SkitLite where many changes have been made to ensure the brand continues to make progress while making sure that our operation is working towards the strengths that the management team have.
This being said it is unfortunate to announce that we have parted ways with our Paladins team.
They had some really exciting results most notably winning PCL SEASON 1. The team had great potential however the line-up had very little opportunity to go to LAN events which in turn meant we mutually agreed to part ways. We wish them the best of luck in the future and hope they reach their goals in a very exciting niche eSport.
We now want to move on quickly and deliver our undivided attention on just two popular eSports. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Halo will be the Premium eSport titles that SkitLite will house premier teams that match the ethos of the brand.
Our Halo team are extremely positive about the upcoming Summer Season in the Open League for HCS as they have their sights firmly fixed on reaching the Pro League. Oskar ‘Blajnd’ Persson, Lucas ‘Beetly’ Söderström, Dennis ‘Qatchy’ Bröms and captain Eyobb ‘Teyobb’ Tesfa will be working closely with the management team to ensure all efforts are made to help reach their goals as both individuals and as a team.
More details of our plans in Counter Strike: Global Offensive will follow in the near future.
At SkitLite we are working on a long overdue website that will give a great new look with more functionality and tools for all eSports players and fans.
We also want to stay true to our roots and engage with the entire eSports community and we will be taking small steps into an academy based service to help players of all skill levels reach their potential and have the opportunity to grow and improve.
